• You'll schedule a 45-minute, confidential Intake Appointment (typically a phone call) with founder and CEO of Practice, Satya Kamdar.

• During your Intake Appointment, you'll discuss your goals, challenges, and budget.

• Practice will provide an email introduction to your prospective coach within 24 hours. Not just a great coach, but a great coach for you.

• You and your prospective coach will set up a time to meet, get familiar with one another, and talk about what coaching might entail.

• Practice will circle back with you to discuss how it went. If it's a successful match, you'll be onboarded for coaching. If something felt off or you didn't connect, Practice will provide other matches at no cost.

Most engagements offer 2 to 4 sessions per month, on a month-to-month or package basis. Monthly pricing can vary from $2,500 to $25,000 depending on the match.
